Kunezizathu ezimbili eziyinhloko zokuphuzi kobuso bephrofayili. Enye iyindlela yokupholisa engafanele ngesikhathi senqubo yokukhipha iphrofayili, kanti enye iyindlela yokwelapha engafanele yephrofayili. Ukuhlaziywa okuqondile kungokulandelayo:
1. Iphrofayili idinga ukupholiswa ngemva kokukhishwa kwefasi, ukuze kuthuthukiswe izakhiwo zemishini nezomzimba zempahla. Isipholile sidinga ukusetshenziswa enqubweni yokupholisa, futhi izinto ezihlukene zinemiphumela ehlukene yokupholisa. Okuvame kakhulu ukupholisa amanzi noma uwoyela.
