Anodizing method: Anodizing method is a method of forming an oxide film on the surface of the workpiece or product by using the electrolysis principle of direct current and alternating and direct current to increase the corrosion resistance and make the appearance beautiful.
Electroplating treatment method: The electroplating treatment method is to use the workpiece as the cathode and the material forming the coating as the anode,put both in a tank with a plating solution,and then apply direct current or alternating and direct current to ionize the material forming the coating.And run from the electroplating solution to the surface of the workpiece,and firmly adhere to it to form a method of different thicknesses.
Immersion treatment method: first remove the oil stains on the castings or products with degreasing liquid,and then rinse them with warm water at 25 to 30 degrees for heat preservation.Then put it into the infiltrator and seal it with a cover,vacuumize it to 0.7 to 0.8 Pa,keep the temperature around 65 degrees,and then inject the prepared infiltrant into the infiltrator.After 8 to 10 hours of soaking,the dried compressed air is introduced to keep the pressure in it at about 0.4 Pa for another 8 to 10 hours,and finally the air is released to take out the castings or products for air-drying.
Surface spraying method: spraying paint on cast aluminum parts or aluminum alloy components and products is to improve their corrosion resistance.For castings or products requiring good corrosion resistance,the aluminum castings or products should be anodized or chemically oxidized before spraying.Re-paint primer, brush top coat.
Shot peening method: put the aluminum alloy casting into the drum of the shot peening machine,and spray it onto the surface of the casting with a high-speed shot flow.Because the casting is constantly flipped at the same time.all its surfaces are strengthened by the shot blasting.
Vacuum spraying method: Put the product or profile to be sprayed into the vacuum chamber of the spray coating machine as the cathode,use the material forming the sprayed layer as the anode,close the vacuum chamber and evacuate to a certain degree of vacuum,and use high-power plasma.The gun sputters and deposits the sprayed material in the ion state on the product or profile as the cathode,forming a sprayed layer of two to ten microns,showing a variety of bright luster.
