Background

Aiden is a furniture manufacturer from the Philippines who runs a large furniture manufacturer in Manila. Provide various types of furniture for small local customers, such as wardrobes, cabinets, ceiling moldings, led light aluminum profiles, etc. They are developing a new modular furniture series, and the frame needs aluminum profiles, so the aiden team has been looking for an aluminum profile manufacturer that meets their expectations
 

Challenge

The Aiden team's requirements for the aluminum profile were the following: The client sought an aluminum profile that would provide both structural stability and aesthetics, allowing for a versatile modular configuration and seamless integration with different materials. The quality must be good, because the advantages of aluminum profiles are corrosion resistance and high strength, which play a very important role in furniture manufacturing. In order to ensure the quality of furniture, high-quality aluminum profiles must be selected. Another point is that the size must conform to the local aluminum profile standards, which requires the selected aluminum profile factory to have the ability to make molds, or can directly provide aluminum profiles of the correct size.
 

Solution

our design team will work closely with the aiden team to understand their vision and functional requirements for the modular furniture range. We will create a detailed 3D model of the aluminum profile and incorporate the required features such as grooves, channels and connectors to facilitate assembly. Our extrusion process will ensure consistent dimensions and excellent surface finish. Additionally, we can offer a wide range of finishes such as powder coating or anodizing to suit the desired aesthetic. Strict quality control procedures will be in place to maintain the high standard of aluminum extrusions.

Retop exports to 100+ countries, and has a good understanding of aluminum profiles in many countries and markets. In the end, the aiden team purchased 30 tons of aluminum profiles for furniture from us and shipped them to Manila by sea.
